Refund Policy

1. Order refunds
If an order fails to deliver or delivers less than the ordered quantity, the missing amount is automatically refunded to your Zenix balance within 24 hours of the order status changing to 'Partial' or 'Canceled'.
2. Refills
Where a service is labeled with a refill guarantee, drops within the guarantee window are refilled free of charge. Request a refill from the order page.
3. Deposit refunds
Deposits added to your Zenix balance are non-refundable to the original payment method, except in cases of proven duplicate or fraudulent payments. Balance can always be used on any active service.
4. Fraud & chargebacks
Any account involved in a payment chargeback is suspended pending review. Chargebacks abused as free refunds may result in permanent ban.
5. Contact
For refund requests or disputes, contact support with your order ID(s). We respond within 24 hours.
