2. Services
Zenix SMM resells third-party social media growth services. We do not own or control the underlying social networks and cannot guarantee outcomes such as engagement quality beyond the parameters shown on each service.
3. Account & payments
You are responsible for the security of your account. All deposits are final and credited to your Zenix balance for use on the platform.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Zenix SMM to target illegal content, government, minors, or accounts you do not own or have permission to promote. Violation results in immediate suspension.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details on when refunds are issued and how they are credited.
6. Liability
Zenix SMM is not liable for platform actions (bans, drops, algorithm changes) taken by third-party social networks against target accounts.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
